Recoplástico recibió casi $10 millones para crecer en Mar de Ajó
💪 Trabajo cooperativo que avanza
Recoplástico la cooperativa de trabajo , ubicada en Mar de Ajó, recibió un subsidio de casi $10 millones del Instituto Provincial de Asociativismo y Cooperativismo (IPAyC) para construir un tinglado y adquirir herramientas. Esta inversión estatal apunta a fortalecer la economía solidaria y el reciclaje en la región, impulsando empleo local y cuidado ambiental en el Partido de La Costa.
Una noticia que vale la pena 📢
En un contexto donde escasean las buenas, una se cuela entre tanto gris: la Cooperativa de Trabajo Recoplástico Limitada, de Mar de Ajó, acaba de recibir $9.999.709,33 en subsidios para construir un tinglado y adquirir herramientas de trabajo. Y no es humo: la plata ya está autorizada para transferencia directa a su cuenta.
El monto fue aprobado por el Instituto Provincial de Asociativismo y Cooperativismo (IPAyC) a través de la Resolución Nº 306-IPAYCMPCEITGP-2025, publicada oficialmente este 25 de julio en el Boletín Oficial bonaerense.
Mientras otros se llenan la boca hablando de “productividad” desde escritorios climatizados, acá hay una cooperativa que produce, recicla, emplea y se organiza sin patrón. Y el Estado, por una vez, acompaña con algo más que discurso.
Qué es Recoplástico y por qué importa 🌱
Recoplástico es una cooperativa de laburantes del Partido de La Costa que recicla residuos plásticos y los transforma en productos útiles. Emplean vecinos, cuidan el ambiente y generan valor donde otros ven descarte.
En un país que todavía arrastra la cultura del “sálvese quien pueda”, Recoplástico demuestra que la economía solidaria no solo existe, sino que funciona. Cada peso que entra en esa planta, vuelve al barrio en trabajo, en consumo local, en comunidad.
El apoyo que llega cuando se lo necesita 💸
El subsidio forma parte del programa “Cooperativas en Marcha”, en particular del subprograma “Impulso Cooperativo”, que se relanzó en 2024 con el objetivo de fortalecer a las cooperativas de trabajo de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
El proyecto presentado por Recoplástico fue evaluado, preseleccionado y aprobado por una comisión técnica que verificó que:

Toda la documentación está en regla.

El impacto del proyecto es productivo, real y directo.
No es un favor ni una dádiva: es una inversión pública con retorno social y económico.
Gildo Onorato al frente del IPAyC 🧠
Desde la llegada de Gildo Ezequiel Onorato al frente del Instituto, el organismo empezó a mostrar señales de vida. No solo saca programas, sino que los ejecuta. Los subsidios no quedan en titulares: se pagan.
“El cooperativismo es parte del modelo productivo que necesitamos construir. No es una emergencia, es una salida con dignidad”, declaró Onorato semanas atrás. Y esta resolución parece ponerle cuerpo a esa frase.
¿Y ahora qué? A rendir y seguir laburando 🧾🔨
La resolución deja en claro que la cooperativa deberá rendir los gastos en un plazo de 180 días. Nada se entrega a ciegas. Deberán mostrar facturas, avances de obra y justificar hasta el último tornillo.
Pero eso no asusta a Recoplástico. Lo que necesitan lo tienen: manos, voluntad y una idea clara de hacia dónde van.
Una señal en medio del ruido 🔊
En tiempos donde se discute si el Estado debe o no intervenir, acá hay un ejemplo concreto de lo que sí debe hacer: sostener, potenciar y apuntalar lo que ya funciona desde abajo.
El cooperativismo bonaerense no espera milagros ni créditos en dólares: pide herramientas. Hoy, al menos una vez, el Estado respondió.
🎯 Conclusión: Esto sí es política productiva
Mientras las grandes empresas lloran exenciones y evaden aportes, las cooperativas ponen el cuerpo en cada barrio del conurbano y el interior. Si hay un futuro posible, va a tener forma de tinglado, de herramientas, de trabajo con otro nombre: solidario.
Este subsidio es una buena decisión estatal. Y como tal, merece ser celebrada y replicada.
