📢 Coparticipación Pinamar 2024: el relato oficial
En cada acto, nota y entrevista, el intendente de Pinamar repite lo mismo: “En 2023 recibíamos $415 millones por mes, este año apenas $189 millones”. Según su discurso, la caída en los ingresos provenientes de Nación y Provincia justifica aumentos de tasas, demoras en obras y hasta despidos.
Pero no: los datos oficiales muestran exactamente lo contrario. La coparticipación Pinamar 2024 no cayó: se triplicó.

- Provincial – Libre disponibilidad: $3.931.004.252,52
- Provincial – Afectados: $427.408.865,61
- Nacional – Afectados: $697.282,07 ➡️ Total: $4.359.110.400,20
➡️ Promedio mensual: $363 millones
📆 Ingresos 2024 (origen provincial y nacional)
- Provincial – Libre disponibilidad: $13.143.935.919,24
- Provincial – Afectados: $784.258.954,52
- Nacional – Afectados: $10.250.000,00 ➡️ Total: $13.938.444.873,76
➡️ Promedio mensual: $1.161 millones
📈 Diferencia total 2023 vs. coparticipación Pinamar 2024
- Aumento anual: + $9.579.334.473,56
- Aumento mensual: + $798 millones
📉 ¿De dónde sacó los $189 millones?
No lo sabemos. Porque ni la contaduría municipal, ni los informes presupuestarios, ni el Artículo 44 justifican esa cifra. Es un número que no existe en ningún documento oficial.
De hecho, la propia Memoria de la Contaduría General 2024 admite que durante el año se hicieron ampliaciones presupuestarias por $5.371 millones, la mayoría provenientes de fondos provinciales y nacionales no contemplados en el presupuesto original.
Es decir: no solo no hubo recorte. Hubo plata de más. Mucha más.
🧮 Artículo 44: el verdadero resultado financiero de Pinamar
El resultado del ejercicio 2024 fue negativo, pero no por falta de ingresos, sino por exceso de gasto:
- Ingresos corrientes y de capital: $38.654 millones
- Gastos devengados: $43.349 millones
- Resultado financiero Art. 44: -$7.405 millones
Entonces: la plata llegó, pero el municipio gasta más de lo que entra.

Lo que hay en Pinamar no es un problema de coparticipación, es un problema de gestión. El intendente no puede justificar sus decisiones con datos falsos.
Porque si en 2023 entraron $4.359 millones y en 2024 entraron $13.938 millones, entonces lo que falta no es plata: es transparencia.
Y si se le miente así a los vecinos sobre algo tan básico como los ingresos… ¿qué podemos esperar del resto?
